Faculty Spotlight: Aidan Hollis study released by IRPP!

The Institute for Research on Public Policy has released an article on Canada's patent strategy, co-authored by our very own faculty, Dr. Aidan Hollis. You can read it here

Aidan Hollis' research focus is on the promotion and development of the Health Impact Fund and pharmaceutical innovation through his non-profit Incentives for Global Health. Using his experience working with drug companies and their patents, Dr. Hollis and his co-author Nancy Gallini conducted a study on Canadian innovators' decisions on whether they sell or retain their IPs and the incentives that drive those decisions. His other work has been featured in journals such as the Canadian Medical Association Journal and Orphanet Journal of Rare Diseases.
