About Me:

My primary research focus is on the ways in which individual psychology and market incentives feedback on one another. This research is an outgrowth of my interests in poverty, development, and the ways in which individuals adapt their attitudes and beliefs to their circumstances. I am the director of the University of Calgary's Behavioural and Experimental Economic Laboratory. I am a research fellow of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research, IZA and the Institute for Advanced Policy Research.
