About Me:

Elizabeth Wilman has a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Michigan. Before joining the Department of Economics in 1985, she was a Fellow in the Quality of the Environment Division, at Resources for the Future. Her research is in the area of environmental economics. During 1998/1999 she was a Visiting Fellow in the Department of Forestry at Australian National University, and she recently served as the Associate Dean (Student Affairs and Programs) for the Faculty of Social Sciences. She was appointed Head of the Department of Economics for a five-year term starting July 1, 2001.
